Say “I do” surrounded by the beauty of the Sunshine Coast. Nestled in a private garden ceremony space, this elopement experience blends West Coast charm, rustic elegance, and natural serenity for a beautiful and meaningful wedding day.

What’s Included

Ceremony & Celebration
A romantic garden ceremony area, surrounded by mature trees and lush greenery. Your celebration includes a licensed B.C. marriage commissioner, witnesses if required, and a signing table for your marriage licence. Seasonal florals include a bouquet, boutonniere, and a thoughtfully decorated wedding arbor. Curated music, a handcrafted wedding cake, and a celebratory toast are included to complete the moment. Our vintage VW van is available as part of the experience, offering a charming and nostalgic backdrop for your wedding portraits.

Accommodation & Stay
A two-night stay in our cozy and stylish safari glamping tent, including continental breakfast. The space is designed to feel peaceful and private, allowing you to relax and enjoy your time together before and after your ceremony.

One hour of professional photography to capture your ceremony and portraits within the garden setting.

"Our elopement at the Orchard was better than we could had imagined. Nancy and Craig are amazing hosts and have a wonderful place. We did not feel like we were on someone else’s property or intruding on someone’s yard. The whole area is very spaciously laid out so you are a little stroll from the venue, the bathrooms, and the shower - which makes it feel even more private and special. The Orchard is beautiful and we were fortunate enough to see elk right in the trees. It is removed from main roads so very peaceful and secluded. The safari tent is very roomy and full of character and the bed is so comfortable. There were many thoughtful touches for the ceremony with beautiful floral arrangements, a delicious cake, and amazing photography. We had Nancy and the photographer as our witnesses and they were genuinely thrilled to be part of the process and celebrate with us. The outdoor shower set up is one of the most amazing features of the orchard! It is truly a magical place and we look forward to coming back in the years to come."

Frequently Asked Questions

- What is the cancellation Policy?

We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to your scheduled date will receive a refund, less the non-refundable deposit.

- Can we select our own commissioner?

Yes! Here is the link of marriage commissioners.

- What if it rains?

In the event of rain, we will provide a tent to shelter you and your guests at no extra cost.

- How many guests can I have?

The package is for the bride and groom and two witnesses that we can provide unless you have your own. Additional guests can be added at $25 per person.

- Can I have my reception at the Orchard, too?

At this time, we are only able to host wedding ceremonies at The Orchard. We're happy to recommend some local venues nearby.

- Can you recommend a hair and makeup artist?

We can! Please refer to the Wedding Resources Page.

- Do I get to choose the flowers for the bouquet and florals?

Keeping with natural aesthetic of the Sunshine Coast, your wedding florals are selected and inspired by the season.
